An exquisite wine produced in the Rueda region of Spain, the verdejo grapes are grown in the old vineyards in a sandy soil and at quite an altitude, specifically about 950 metres above sea level. Prepared in a pneumatic press, softly, then transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. 

Tasting Notes: Wine with a straw yellow colour and has hints of herbs and tropical fruits on the nose. As for the taste, the palate has a fresh quality to it, good acidity and a citrus fruit edge. Overall, quite refreshing, especially with seafood or salads.
